Project background

During this period, I was an intern at Affarit Studio as a graphic designer, and in connection with the creation of a logo, the idea popped up to go around the big cities of Transylvania and make line drawings of their most famous historical buildings, and then create a complete campaign on Instagram and Facebook.

The problem

We couldn’t find adequate photos of most of the buildings on the internet, so we tried to get photos from locals or on Google maps, on the basis of which the line drawings could be made. If a building was symmetrical and one half was clearly visible in the photo, it was easy to work with.

The goal

To make a faithful copy of each building as a line drawing, and also to find the color that best suits it, in order to convey feelings beyond the visual.
