My name is Szigeti Nimród-Szilamér (26), and I am a Senior UX/UI and Graphic designer and XR designer with 9 years of experience, owning a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations and a master’s degree in Digital Marketing. During my studies, I gained extensive knowledge in research methods such as surveys, interviews, observations, and focus groups, which has helped me understand the importance of user-centric design. I have developed expertise in popular graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and I am an expert user in Figma and XD. I have worked with Sketch and developed my skills in VR/AR design for user experience and learnt using the most popular softwares such as Bezi, ShapesXR and Unity for this purpose.

In VR/AR design, I have created various prototypes that use interactive features to enhance user engagement. These designs have incorporated audio, haptic feedback, and spatial interaction to provide users with a more immersive experience. I believe that VR/AR technology has enormous potential to revolutionize the way we interact with digital media, and I am excited to continue developing my skills in this area. In addition to my design skills, I have also completed a master’s degree in digital marketing. This has allowed me to understand how user experience and marketing strategies can work together to create a cohesive digital presence. My goal is always to understand the users, their needs, and eliminate any pain points they may experience. I strive to create a visual foundation that is both beautiful and useful, while ensuring feasibility from a developer’s perspective.

Developed more than 100 features for different applications and designed several e-commerce sites, presentation sites or portfolios, e-learning platforms using gamification, and conducted more than 120 usability tests and interviews. In addition, I have more than 50 certificates regarding to UX and UI design from Interaction Design Foundation and Google, also I know HTML and CSS which gives me a rare opportunity to see the designs with a developer’s mind and create them in the most feasible and accessible way.

I am comfortable working alone or as part of a team, having been a freelancer for a long time, and being a part of a folk band since the age of 7. I am passionate about using my design skills to create innovative solutions that improve user experience, and I believe that my background in communication and digital marketing has given me a unique perspective on how to achieve this.

Furthermore, I am not only proficient in various design tasks but also specialize in creating comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. I am an advanced user of Framer, leveraging its capabilities to prototype complex interactions and animations seamlessly. Moreover, I possess expertise in developing native applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience on each.

Additionally, I excel in social media marketing strategies and am a certified Facebook ad specialist, adept at crafting compelling ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Beyond my design and marketing skills, I am the proud owner of a successful 3D printing company and e-commerce store, where I apply my entrepreneurial spirit to innovate and deliver quality products to customers.

Furthermore, I have a passion for mentorship and education, serving as a mentor and teacher in UX/UI, graphic design, and VR/AR/MR/XR design. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with aspiring designers, guiding them towards success in their own careers.
